The satisfaction Dr. Arghavan Welch receives from developing personal relationships with her patients and the professional gratification she obtains through engineering a confident, elegant smile are the reasons why she is passionate about the practice of orthodontics and has committed herself to the utmost care and attention to detail in the treatment of her patients.

Dr. Welch loves to see the personality of her patients evolve as their smiles and facial esthetics are transformed and perfected.  The bond that is created between Dr. Welch and her patients through this process is the reason why so many of her patients continue to stop by to visit her long after their treatments are complete.

Dr. Welch understands that each patient has his or her own concerns and goals in mind. She is an attentive listener and encourages patients to talk about what they want to achieve from treatment. By thoroughly understanding each patient’s desires, she is able to craft a personalized care approach.  Dr. Welch is devoted to building lasting relationships while providing superior results with a personal touch.

• Orthodontic Residency: Chief resident and president of her class of fifteen residents, as well as a member of the faculty/student selection committee – Jacksonville University

Dr. Welch is committed to lifelong learning. She pursues continuing education locally, regionally and nationally. She also participates in local study clubs. Staying current with the latest trends, techniques and advances in technology and materials, she ensures she has the ability to craft the most perfect smiles.

Dr. Welch proudly serves on the executive board to Florida Association of Orthodontists and volunteers her time to advance organized dentistry and orthodontics.

Dr. Welch believes strongly in education and it’s integral role in the growth of our community. Dr. Welch attends many school fundraisers and enjoys giving back.

PERSONAL LIFE

Dr. Welch and her husband reside in Jupiter, where they are proudly raising their two daughters, Lola and Zoe. When away from Gardens Orthodontics, Dr. Welch enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach, biking, dining at amazing local restaurants and being involved in her community.

Madison, Office Manager

Madison joined our talented team and quickly fell in love with Orthodontics. She is always up for a challenge and encompasses a dedicated work ethic while balancing life with an energetic young son. She enjoys being hands on with patients and takes pride in making all our patients feel comfortable when starting their Orthodontic journey. She ensures every patient receives the best introductory experience, knowledge about the course of treatment and all their questions answered, supporting patients on the path of achieving their smile goals.

Regina, Public Relations Marketing Coordinator

Regina was born in Boston, Massachusetts and relocated to Palm Beach Gardens, FL in 1996. She attended Palm Beach State college and received her Associates Degree before continuing her education at the University of Central Florida for Health Care Administration. Regina has worked in the world of orthodontics since 2008. She is a certified orthodontic assistant and is cross trained in multiple positions around the office. She recently accepted a new role as the Public Relations Marketing Coordinator and we could not be more thrilled to have her! The best part of her job is being able to help Dr. Welch give back to our amazing community. She loves attending all the local events our community and schools have to offer. When Regina and her husband, Jeremy, are not working, you can find them at the baseball fields supporting their son play travel baseball for South Florida Thunder and supporting their daughter in competitive cheerleading at Palm Beach Lightning!

Michaelene, Office Concierge

Michaelene was born and raised in South Florida. She has worked in customer service for over 5 years and has always enjoyed putting a smile on people’s faces. She has enjoyed expanding her knowledge in the orthodontic field as well as meeting all the patients that come into the practice. On the weekends, Michaelene enjoys going out on the boat or exploring some place new. She also loves just spending quality time with friends and family.

Courtney, Clinical Coordinator and Assistant

Courtney was born and raised in South Carolina and relocated to South Florida in 2017. Her personal experience with braces made such a positive impact on her self-confidence, she decided to pursue orthodontic assisting in 2011. The most rewarding part of orthodontics for Courtney is being involved in patient’s journey to a beautiful smile.

When Courtney and her husband, Pete, are not traveling, they enjoy spending time with their son Beckam and their two (fur) babies Oliver and Andy.

Liga, Clinical Assistant

Liga was born and raised in Latvia, moved to Florida in late 2018. She has been working in the orthodontic field since 2017.

She enjoys being a part of creating many beautiful smiles and changing people’s lives.

In her free time, Liga enjoys spending time with her husband, cat, and friends, she loves cooking, travelling, being active and healthy.

Alannah, Clinical Assistant

Alannah is a Florida native who grew up in Hobe Sound. She graduated from Clark Advanced Learning Center and Indian River State College where she received her associate’s degree in high school. She has been in the field of orthodontics for over 9 years, starting from the bottom and constantly growing my knowledge. She is always making sure everyone has what they need around the office as well as being a helping hand and taking charge. She has a passion for helping others and changing lives with smiles.

When Alannah is not working, she loves spending quality time with her husband Sheldon and daughter Paisley.

Jennifer, Clinical Assistant

Jennifer was born in Jacksonville, FL and, after spending 34 years in Georgia, she moved to South Florida in 2024. In Georgia, she spent 4 years in the United States Air Force and 30 years in private practice with the same orthodontist.
She loves to build lasting relationships with patients and to watch their smiles transform and their confidence grow. Jennifer is very skilled in clinical orthodontics and has extensive knowledge and experience.
She loves to spend time with her dog and family, going to the beach and exercising regularly.

Brooke, Clinical Assistant

Brooke is the newest addition to our Gardens Orthodontics family. She is new to the world of orthodontics and has a thirst for knowledge to learn more in this industry. She is currently being trained as an orthodontic assistant and is enjoying every second of learning alongside Dr. Welch and our amazing team. She is very excited for her future here at the practice and getting to know all of you better!
